I play the Am7 at the 5th fret (5X55OO)

I also play the D7 at the 5th fret (X5453X)

The Bm at the end of each chorus is really just the single B note on the 5th string, not the full chord.

Same goes for the Em right after, I'm really just hitting the low E by itself on the 6th string
